For over 17 years, I’ve worked as a Holistic Health & Mindset Coach, helping individuals embrace change, shift their perspectives, and create a life they love. I’ve seen firsthand how small shifts in mindset, nutrition, movement, and financial habits can lead to incredible transformations.

Meet Sonya – More Than Just a Coach

As the Founder and CEO (Chief Energy Officer) of Fresh Approach Fitness, I wear many hats. I’m a mindset mentor, wellness advocate, accountability coach, public speaker, podcaster, and entrepreneur. But beyond my professional titles, I’m also an adventurous spirit, a proud mom of three daughters, a grandmother, a stepmom, and a loving partner.


Life isn’t about just getting by—it’s about truly living. I’ve spent years learning how to pause, pivot, and proceed, and now I want to share those lessons with you.


My journey wasn’t always easy. Like many people, I once found myself stuck in survival mode—busy, overwhelmed, and constantly chasing after what I thought I needed to be happy. But I learned that happiness isn’t something we find—it’s something we create. By shifting my mindset, aligning with my purpose, and embracing a holistic approach to wellness, I turned my life around from stressed and stuck to strong and successful.

Over the years, I’ve realized that change doesn’t start with skill sets—it starts with mindset. Working in the social selling and natural wellness industry, I saw so many people struggling with incomplete or misleading advice. People were being told what to do, but not how to do it in a way that was sustainable, fulfilling, and aligned with their unique lifestyle. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others make real, lasting changes—not through quick fixes or temporary motivation, but by building a strong foundation rooted in self-awareness, self-trust, and self-love.
